Florian reviews the documents and records sources, review date, outcome and outstanding issues. Every required criterion must be met; a self-declaration alone is insufficient.
An issued check has a unique number, provider and service scope, reviewer, review date and expiry date. It lasts no longer than twelve months. Changes or substantiated complaints trigger review or suspension.

No certificates have been issued. Inclusion in the guide does not mean a provider passed a review. Erendiz is the platform initiator’s own hotel; this relationship does not replace a review.
Send concerns or complaints to partners@exploresecretplaces.com. The platform reviews them and may suspend the status while resolving the issue.
